Free Shipping is offered for purchases of $60 or more for the contiguous United States (exceptions for orders that are 20 pounds or heavier).
Free shipping is not available for international, APO/FPO/DPO, PO BOX, HI, AK, PR, & US VI orders. Free shipping total is calculated after sales and discounts.
Total shipping costs include handling and may be subject to the state tax. International customers will have costs that include just the shipping and handling while other fees required by the country are to be paid to the carrier.
Processing the order will take 1 to 3 business days (Mon-Fri excluding national holidays). Orders received before 1pm EST will begin processing the same day, otherwise the order will begin processing the next day.
After processing is completed, an automated shipping confirmation email will be sent with a tracking number once the delivery is picked up by the selected shipping transporter. Shipping transporters do not process orders during weekends so delays may follow if the order is processed on Friday.
-USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground can average 2-7 business days for arrival, within the 48 Continental US States.
-USPS Priority Mail International can average 6-10 business days and USPS Express Mail International can average 3-5 business days for arrival (pending normal customs clearance).
-UPS Express shipping options (Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, 3-Day Select), will take the selected number of days for arrival.
Shipping Carriers will be either US Postal Service or UPS. When choosing standard delivery, there is no guarantee a specific method will be chosen. A specific time cannot be guaranteed or requested for expedited methods. UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes just a valid street address, therefore if a P.O. Box is selected the delivery may be delayed or charged an address correction fee.
Expedited orders shipped via UPS (overnight, 2-day, and 3-day) are delivered Monday to Friday only. Orders shipped via USPS are delivered Monday to Saturday. Delivery unavailable on Sundays.
Once the order is delivered to the carrier, the responsibility of the integrity of the package is passed onto the carrier. Packages must be reported lost within 14 days from delivery date. Contact customer service for the carrier if there is an issue with the order.
Pick up is also available for those in the Cincinnati area. Our location is at 1710 E Kemper RD, Cincinnati Ohio 45246. Place your order online and then stop in anytime during store hours to pick up your order. Store hours are Mon - Sat 10 am to 7:30pm. Sunday 12 pm - 5 pm.
