General Policy

-Purchased item(s) must be in the original condition and original packaging. Item(s) must contain all original tags, manuals, and other packaging elements. Item(s) must be unused, unaltered, undamaged, and odor-free.

-If returned items are not in the original condition in which they were sent, they will not be accepted and sent back with a shipping charge.

-If a return is accepted a restocking fee will be applied (minimum of 20% depending on the condition of the returned order).

-Return orders that qualified for free or reduced shipping costs will have original shipping costs charged.

-A claim must be filed 14 business days from the date the item is received if item(s) are found to be damaged, defected, missing, or if the wrong item is sent. The claim must be accompanied with photo evidence. Resolution to claims may take 1-14 business days to be processed and issued.

-Original shipping fees may be refunded only if items are shipped incorrectly or damaged. Otherwise refunds will have return shipping charges applied. We are unable to return or replace without proof of delivery, so it is suggested one should use a traceable delivery method for return shipping.

-Credit will be applied back to the original payment method used and will issued after inspection of returned item(s).

-International or military installation (APO, FPO, MPO) returns must be made within 14 days from delivery date. Returnees will be responsible for additional charges.

Package Refusal/ Return to Sender/ Undeliverable

-To have the order reshipped, additional payment will be applied for cost of shipping.

-Unwilling and unable to be paid shipping charges will be considered a regular return and a 15% restocking fee will be applied. Shipping charges are nonrefundable.

Ineligible Returns

-Some items are ineligible for returns such as: clearance/promotional/sale items, special orders, cosmetics, and jewelry.

-Items which are damaged, altered, used, have missing pieces or packaging, will also not be eligible for returns.
